Dr. Shaheer

General Physician & Emergency (ER) Physician

Dr. Shaheer, a qualified General Physician and Emergency Medicine specialist, holds an MBBS degree along with a Fellowship in Emergency Medicine (FEM). He brings extensive experience in managing acute medical emergencies, trauma care, and critical situations across both emergency room and outpatient settings.

Specialising in the treatment of fevers, infections, chronic diseases, lifestyle disorders, and urgent medical conditions, Dr. Shaheer is known for his calm, patient-centered approach. His focus on early diagnosis, timely intervention, and evidence-based care reflects his commitment to delivering comprehensive and reliable medical support.

Archana Didige

Director

With a diploma in Pharmacy and a Bachelor’s in Genetics, she worked at DRDO for 6 years in the late 80s. She then moved on to making the directorial decisions along with her business and life partner Mr.Jayanth. She has seen the ups and downs of various companies her children set up. She is the glue that holds the family business together and constantly invests in real estate and manages their construction in short periods.

Vihaara Medicare looks forward to her visit to the company for her unbiased advice in all the operational and non-operational departments of the company. She is the bridge between the parent company and Vihaara Medicare, handling everything smoothly with her calmness and existence.

Anusha Didige

CEO

Anusha is a skilled leader with over ten years of management experience in different industries. She combines her creative background with strong strategic execution. Her early years in the hospitality industry have shaped her leadership style.
Anusha encourages a culture of growth and empowerment, pushing employees to do their best. Her focus on strategic development and employee growth helps drive our organization’s success.

Dr. P. Apoorva Sagar

COO

Dr. P. Apoorva Sagar with a degree in Physiotherapy and Masters in Hospital and Healthcare Management has over nine years of experience in the healthcare industry.

She leads the operations team, While overseeing all services, working with supervisors, technicians, nurses, lab personnel, physiotherapists, and doctors. She also leads the Vihaara Medicare Dialysis Center, ensuring excellent patient care.

Vijay Kumar Jamadar

Senior Finance Manager

Vijay Jamadar has been with the parent company for 16 years. He has been associated with Vihaara Medicare, since its inception. He maintains the financial records and manages the supply chain of medicines, lab equipment , dialysis machine equipment and fluids and ensures everything is in order.

R. Rohit Gupta

Senior Finance Manager

Rohit Gupta has been with the parent company for 8 years. And has been associated with Vihaara Medicare, since its inception. He handles a large chunk of the finances along with Vijay and Govind.

Govind Shinde

Senior Finance Manager

Govind has been with the parent company, and has been associated with Vihaara Medicare, since inception. He manages financial accounts and oversees administrative tasks.

Vijay , Rohit & Govind are the golden trio in the office . They manage a bunch of departments together in sync . If one is the patient one, the other is fast paced and the other is just watching everything with sharp eyes . Although nobody outside the trio knows exactly who is in which mode and that’s their secret to success.

Ashok

Office Staff

Ashok has been associated with the parent company of Vihaara Medicare for the past 20 years and is the oldest member. He handles the miscellaneous office-related works of the company.

Rohit Didige

Co-head - Outreach

Rohit Didige, Co-leads Vihaara Medicare’s Outreach programme for event logistics and all finances. Providing essential healthcare services in low-income areas and Hosting mental health camps and workshops focused on anxiety, panic, and stress management for high school students.

Late Ch Venkateshwara Prasad

CFO

Ch Venkateshwara Prasad is associated with the parent company of Vihaara Medicare for the past 20 years. He handles the financial management and coordinates with the CA of the company.

We lost him on 16th January 2026. The news came as a shock to the entire organisation, and we miss him sorely. His patience and wisdom guided us forward, and his presence will always be remembered.

G. Santosh Kumar

Finance Manager

G. Santosh Kumar is associated with the parent company of Vihaara Medicare for the past 10 Years. He handles the books of the company along with the CFO.

Dhanasare Anil Kumar

Admin Associate

Anil has been associated with the parent company for more than 10 years. He handles all and any administrative work of the company.
