Dr. B. Vikram Kumar

Nephrologist

Dr. B. Vikram Kumar, a distinguished Nephrologist with 16 years of expertise, holds an MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal (2006), an MD in Internal Medicine from Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences (2014), and a DM in Nephrology from Gandhi Medical College (2018).

Specialising in areas like Acute and Chronic Kidney Diseases, Nephrotic Syndrome, and Renal Transplantation, Dr. Kumar’s broad understanding stems from his background as a general internist during residency. His commitment to diverse healthcare settings, adaptability, and comprehensive patient care showcase his leadership in the field.

Dr. Rajendra Pinagani

General Physician

Dr. Rajendra, our Consultant Doctor, is an MBBS graduate from Gandhi Medical College, also holding ECFMG accreditation as a certified physician. His experience includes a year in Family Medicine at Patricia Family Medicine, USA (2016-2017) and a stint at Apollo Life (2021-2022).

His dedication to specialisation and staying abreast of medical advancements is highlighted by his role as a Neurology Extern at UNMC. With a holistic approach to patient care and a diverse background in Family Medicine and Neurology, Dr. Rajendra is a valuable asset, reflecting his passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Dr. Varudhini Kankipati

Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D.- Family & Human Sciences

Dr. Varudhini Kankipati is a Psychologist in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, and has experience of 21 years in this field and practices at Inner Connect in Hyderabad.

Dr. Varudhini Kankipati, Ph.D. is a practicing psychologist who specializes in individual, family, and group psychotherapy working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Her experience in behavioral health and psychotherapy counseling ranges from working with individuals to dealing with depression, anxiety, attention issues, addiction, abuse, grief, marriage, relationship, and adjustment issues

Shalini Gianchandani

Masters in Psychology, Bachelor in Social Work, Major in Child Psychology & Minor in Sociology

Shalini Gianchandani is a counseling therapist with over 22 years of experience counseling individuals and families. Shalini’s approach is individually tailored to each client using a variety of treatment models.

From defining client goals to conducting assessments, and building trusting relationships, Shalini is passionate about ensuring that individuals and families receive the appropriate support combining professionalism and compassion.

Archana Didige

Director

With a diploma in Pharmacy and a Bachelor’s in Genetics, she worked at DRDO for 6 years in the late 80s. She then moved on to making the directorial decisions along with her business and life partner Mr.Jayanth. She has seen the ups and downs of various companies her children set up. She is the glue that holds the family business together and constantly invests in real estate and manages their construction in short periods.

Vihaara Medicare looks forward to her visit to the company for her unbiased advice in all the operational and non-operational departments of the company. She is the bridge between the parent company and Vihaara Medicare, handling everything smoothly with her calmness and existence.

Anusha Didige

CEO

Comes from management and creative background. With 8 years of management experience in various fields and 6 years of being in the creative industry, she finds her execution-style hugely influenced by her time in the hospitality industry.

She executes the company’s vision and handle’s both the wings of the company, Homecare and Building. Our hospital building is being built from the ground and she’d like to make sure it caters to every medical need now and 20 years later.

She strategically evolves and has constant thought on how to make every employee grow in every field, giving them challenges and opportunities.

Sakshi Somani

Strategy and Marketing Manager

Sakshi Somani has a double master’s in hospital administration and Psychology with over 7 years of experience in the hospital industry, she manages the social media & print outlets for Vihaara Medicare. She works on monthly and quarterly strategies for the company’s growth.

Dr. P. Apoorva Sagar

Operations Manager

Dr. P. Apoorva Sagar has completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Kims Hospital, with 4 years of experience as a physiotherapist also holds an MBA in Hospital and healthcare management from Apollo Hospitals with experience of over 6 years in the healthcare industry.

She manages the operational functions of Vihaara Medicare and is the primary contact between client/patient, oversees all the services the company provides, coordinating with the supervisors, technicians, nurses, Lab personnel, physiotherapists and doctors.

Krishna Tarte

Supervisor

Krishna Tarte has been linked with Vihaara Medicare from its creation and also its parent company for the past 16 years, playing a significant role in the growth of the company.

He works as the supervisor and his main role is to manage the services provided by Vihaara Medicare, representing the company, maintaining the patient details, and coordinating with the Operations Manager.

Vijay Kumar Jamadar

Supervisor

Vijay Jamadar has been associated with Vihaara Medicare from its creation and also with its parent company for the past 16 years.

He works as the supervisor in Vihaara Medicare, his main role is to manage the services & represent the company, maintain the patient details, coordinate with the Operations Manager, deliver services at the patient’s doorstep on time and build a rapport with the patients.

R. Rohit Gupta

Accounts manager

Rohit Gupta has been associated with the parent company of Vihaara Medicare for the past 8 years. He manages the accounts of Vihaara Medicare, releasing monthly payments to all the collaborative companies and also to the employees.

Govind Shinde

Admin Incharge

Govind Shinde is our office admin, who oversees office inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of consumables along with company expenses and billing cycles

Ashok

Office Staff

Ashok has been associated with the parent company of Vihaara Medicare for the past 20 years and is the oldest member. He handles the miscellaneous office-related works of the company.

Rohit Didige

Co-head - Outreach

Rohit Didige, Co-leads Vihaara Medicare’s Outreach programme for event logistics and all finances. Providing essential healthcare services in low-income areas and Hosting mental health camps and workshops focused on anxiety, panic, and stress management for high school students.

Ch Venkateshwara Prasad

CFO

Ch Venkateshwara Prasad is associated with the parent company of Vihaara Medicare for the past 20 years. He handles the financial management and coordinates with the CA of the company.
