Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients can cancel the services booked, by submitting an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling us on +91-7569844657 and claim the refund as per the terms agreed with Vihaara Medicare. Vihaara Medicare reserves all rights to accept or reject any claims.

If the client chooses to cancel the services before 24 hours of the scheduled time, there will be no cancellation charges and 100% refund will be initiated.

If the client chooses to cancel the services before 12 – 24 hours of the scheduled time, there will be a cancellation fee of 20% and refund will be initiated for the remaining total.

If the client chooses to cancel the services before 12 hours of the scheduled time, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% and refund will be initiated for the remaining total.

If the client chooses to cancel the services before 6 hours of the scheduled time,
the service will be counted as rendered and the client will be charged for the same and there will be no refund.

If the client chooses to cancel the service after a part of the services are rendered, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% on the cancelled services and a proportionate refund will be initiated at the discretion of Vihaara Medicare.

If Vihaara Medicare initiates cancellation / rescheduling of the services and the client refuses the same, 100% refund will be initiated. In case the payment is not made, there will be no refund.

NOTE: Vihaara Medicare will make all possible arrangements to deliver services at the scheduled time. In case we are unable to do so, we will request for a mutually agreeable time. If the client disagrees on the rescheduling then the request for cancellation is confirmed.

If the client/ Vihaara Medicare makes any incorrect billing, any additional amount paid will be refunded back to the client. In case the amount paid is lesser than the price of the services, the client will be requested to pay the remaining amount to Vihaara Medicare.

In all the above cases, refund will be made as mentioned below:

  1. Payment made through an online wallet will be credited to the wallet.
  2. Payment made by cash will be refunded through fund transfer to the customer bank account.
  3. Payment made by credit/ debit card/UPI will be refunded through fund transfer to the source bank account.
  4. Refund, if any, will be initiated within 7 – 10 working days after the cancellation request has been received by Vihaara Medicare.

Safe Sphere (Psychological Counselling)

  1. If the client wants to cancel/postpone the appointment, they are requested to inform the Operations Manager 24 hr prior to the session.
  2. If the client cancels the appointment, providing 24 hr prior information only then they are given a full refund.
  3. In case of any Emergencies, the client can postpone the appointment providing another date for rescheduling their slot with the Operations Manager. In this case if the information given by the client is just 10 minutes before the scheduled session, the fees will not be refunded.
